Merry Christmas

Sigh! Could I have just one more week before Christmas? I am having so much fun with it this year. The girls are at just the right age that they still are still fascinated by the magic of it all yet appreciate the true meaning.

Emily keeps coming up with more things about Santa. She just informed me that we need take the blanket down that we keep in front of the fireplace to keep the cold out. Kate is excited about tracking Santa on NORAD. They are both dancing around singing Christmas carols, although if I hear Jingle Bells, Batman smells one more time...

The only bad thing is the Fitness Center isn't open again until January 4. Yesterday was my last elliptical workout for the year so I'm going to have to look for other options - maybe use the bike trainer I found in the garage and cleaned up or hit the streets if they dry out. Yipee, we're above freezing at least for today.

So tonight, we'll head to church for a candlelight service at 7 pm, come home, get the cookies and hot chocolate ready for Santa and send the girls willingly to bed (if only every night could be Christmas eve).

I put this video up last year but it is so sweet and reminds me of the real reason for Christmas..

I hope you and your family have a VERY Merry Christmas and, to quote Tiny Tim, "May God bless us every one!"

Hope you guys had a Merry Christmas! I love the picture of the girls, so, so pretty.
Seeing the video was nice too. Imagine Lili's surprise as she's watching "Enemy" (yes, that's the way she says "Emily"---just gets lost in translation, I guess!) and seeing herself!! She was over the moon.
Can you believe it's supposed to be 60 tomorrow? :)
