A Winter Storm Watch!

You've got to be kidding me! We have a winter storm watch starting Friday morning through Saturday afternoon. Snow, sleet, and ice are supposedly on the way. Well, we'll see who shows up this week to run. 

On a better note, I ran four miles yesterday with just one stop quick to talk to a friend who is off to Mexico with a group of students to participate in a work project. I'm excited for her that she has this opportunity. Another friend left today with a group of students for Croatia. One of her other chaperones apparently didn't start packing until the bus was supposed to be leaving for the airport. Talk about waiting until the last minute! She may have to use the tell everyone they are leaving a half hour before they need to be leaving and they'll be on time. 

Didn't get a run in today. Both girls have been home sick all week with fevers and coughs. At least they have whatever it is at the same time. Needless to say, we haven't been sleeping very well and the call for a nap was louder than my running shoes.
